Current Activities

Woodworking

We meet in the workshop at Kings Centre, Whessoe Road generally on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 10:00-12:00 but by other times by arrangement, minimum two members in the workshop for safety reasons.

Here we make Bird Boxes, Bird Tables, Single Beds, Cafeteria Tables for Kings Centre and repair / restore furniture for Kings Centre.

Lego Technics Building

Lego building is usually Fridays 12:00 noon to 2:00pm again at Kings Centre, these are not to be confused with Lego block building but are very involved kits often with numerous motors and mechanised parts.

Snooker sessions

These are by arrangement and generally through the winter months

Carpet Bowls

We are currently obtaining the carpet and sets of Bowls etc. to provide Carpet Bowls facilities in the near future

Christmas Dinner including partners
Local walks
Radio Controlled Cars
Robots and small modelling kits

We are open to any suggestions from members for other activities and do have some funding available for sustainable activities
